KIBO Sushi House will be soon opening a new location in downtown Oakville.
The popular restaurant featuring Japanese cuisine will be open for lunch and dinner and customers will be able to dine in or take out their favourite sushi, sashimi, teriyaki and tempura dishes.
Menu items include everything from miso soup, kimchi salad and sashimi appetizer to a crab and avocado sushi pizza, gyoza steamed, black and white dragon sushi and spicy scallop KIBO rolls.
The name of the restaurant was derived from the Japanese interpretation of Hope (希望 kibō). Kibo Sushi House, says the website, was born simply because they believe greatly in hope.
“Hope – in the sense that if you work hard, you will always be rewarded one way or another,” the restaurant website reads.
“As we embed this belief into our restaurant, from selecting fresh, local ingredients; to cooking them with love and serving them to your table with our bright smiles; we hope that you enjoy and appreciate all that we put into your favourite dishes.
KIBO has several other locations in the GTA, including in Brampton (490 Chrysler Dr., Unit 47), Etobicoke (2945 Lakeshore Blvd. W) and Toronto (16 Yonge St.).
