COVID-19 outbreak declared at Milton private school

A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at a private school in Milton.

According to Halton Region, an outbreak at Milton Qur’an Institute, located at 6911 Derry Rd., was declared on Nov. 23.

Additionally, according to regional data, twelve cases of the virus are Halton cases, while two are non-Halton cases.

There are currently open outbreaks at two Halton private schools including Milton Qur’an Institute.
