Concern for ‘safety’ of missing Toronto woman seen in Burlington, Hamilton area

A Toronto woman police believe was in the Burlington and Hamilton area on Aug. 31 is still missing.
Police are still requesting the public’s help locating 32-year-old Irma Galastica, last seen on Friday, August 30, 2024, in the Widdicombe Hill Boulevard and Eglinton Avenue West area of Toronto.
“Investigators are concerned for Irma’s safety and believe she was in the Burlington/ Hamilton area on August 31, 2024,” said Halton Regional Police Monday (Oct. 7) in an update on the missing person case.
Galastica is described as five-foot-five with a medium build and shoulder-length black hair.
Anyone with information about Galastica or her location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or at the non-emergency line of 905-825-4777.
