Closures affecting two Burlington highways set to begin

Two highways that converge in Burlington will see some closures that will affect traffic through the area.
The roadwork that is taking place will affect the on-ramp from Highway 407 westbound to Highway 403 westbound.
As well, the construction will also see the closure of the off-ramp from Highway 403 eastbound to Highway 407 eastbound.
The work will see these ramps fully closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. until Sept. 27 and from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. from Sept. 27 to Sept. 28.
Of note, other construction work affecting traffic is also taking place along highways through Burlington.
From 11 p.m. on Sept. 27 to 7 a.m. on Sept. 28, recurring work on the QEW eastbound between Brant Street and Guelph Line will see closures on alternating lanes.
Until Sept. 28 at 6 a.m., Highway 403 westbound on-ramp at Brant Street will be closed.
Also until Sept. 28 at 6 a.m. Highway 403 westbound between Brant Street and King Road will see closures on alternating lanes.
