Classic psychedelic hits from Pink Floyd cover band for one night only in Milton

A chance to relive some of the best psychedelic music of the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s is available next month in Milton.

Floydium: A Tribute to Pink Floyd will be performing a single show at FirstOntario Arts Centre Milton Saturday, Sept. 14, at 8 p.m.

“Prepare to be immersed in the psychedelic sounds of Pink Floyd with Floydium,” said a spokesperson. “Revered for their mesmerizing light shows and intricate musical arrangements, Floydium brings to life the timeless music of Pink Floyd.

“Experience classics like Comfortably Numb and Wish You Were Here in a show that’s both visually and acoustically spectacular.”

Floydium is a Toronto-based band dedicated to recreating the sound and majesty of the best of the Pink Floyd collection. The shows are a trip back to the psychedelic days of Pink Floyd from the Syd Barrett era to the band’s eventual breakup.

Tickets cost $49 and are available at the online box office.
