Changes (again) to lane closures on Burlington Skyway

If you are a little confused about the lane closures on the Burlington Skyway, here is the latest update that explains what it’s happening.
All lanes will be closed to Niagara-bound traffic on the bridge beginning Saturday, July 22 at 10 p.m. Traffic will again be allowed to flow the next morning, Sunday, July 23 at 11:30 a.m.
This is likely good news for rush our commuters who were expecting a closure the day before at 6:30 p.m., on Friday night, as previously scheduled by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.
As for other dates, the Ministry will be closing the lanes later than originally planned.
These include Fridays, July 28 and Aug. 11 with the lanes shutting down now at 10 p.m. and then reopening the next morning at 10 a.m.
