Cellphones the target of Burlington GO robber

A robber got away with two cellphones after grabbing them out of a woman’s purse at the Burlington GO Station.
According to reports, the incident happened just after 4 p.m. on July 7 as the victim left a bus and was walking into the statin on Fairview St.
Halton police say the culprit grabbed the woman and demanded her phone before reaching in and taking out two of the devices.
The robber made his escape on a bike.
He is described as being 20 to 27-years-old, 5-foot-7, with a medium build and wearing dark clothing. He had a piercing above one eye.
