Four workers have been injured while renovating an old Burlington high school.
Initial reports indicate that a ceiling collapsed trapping the workers under debris this morning (Nov. 9).
The incident occurred at the site of Robert Bateman High School on New St. which is currently undergoing renovations to turn it into a community centre.
Emergency crews had to dig the workers out from under the rubble. They have since been taken to the hospital but the extent of their injuries is not known.
Crews are still on the scene.
