Car flipped over; traffic tie-ups in Milton

Emergency crews are on the scene to assist after a vehicle flipped over on a busy stretch of a Milton street late this afternoon (Oct. 20).

According to reports, the incident occurred around 4 p.m. on Britannia Rd. just west of Tremaine Rd.

At this time there is no indication of serious injuries, but that has not yet been confirmed.

Motorists currently passing through the area say they can see a single car on the road that has flipped onto its roof.

As evening rush hour begins, traffic is now moving slowly through the area as drivers look for alternative routes around the accident scene.
