Butter tarts event at Oakville Place will ‘tantalize your tastebuds’

Top bakeries from across the GTA will be looking to butter up Oakville Place shoppers with some sweet goods early next month.
Hosted by Gotta Luv Butter Tarts Events, the Sweet Sensation, Butter Tarts and More Market will take place at Oakville Place on Saturday, Feb. 4.
The tasty event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., will feature over 30 specialty vendors selling all types butter tarts on the lower level of the mall.
Organizers say the bakeries will “tantalize your tastebuds” with Canadian gotluvbuttertarts, sweet treats, biscotti, sumptuous cannoli’s and more.
Local residents will also be able to sip and shop the local artisan market to purchase gifts for your valentine.
Featured bakeries include Ace of Tarts, Bruno’s Bakery and Café, Capital B Café, Carla’s Cookie Box, Cinnaholic Oakville, Esther Goulds Finest, Grandmas Beach Treats, Holy Cannoli Toronto, Marty G Sensations, Molly B’s Gluten Free, Nora Bakery, Omi’s Sweet n Treats, Something Sweet by Sarah, Sweet Oven Niagara and Ten of Tarts.
There’ll be a butter tart for everyone, with unique flavours like Nutella, salted caramel, M&Ms, peanut butter and chocolate chip, maple bacon, blueberry cheesecake and more.
Admission is free.
Oakville Place is located at 240 Leighland Ave.
