Reports say two people climbed over a fence to enter the complex but were caught on a surveillance camera and police were notified.
Officers who arrived at the scene were able to make an arrest.
a 49-year-old man and a 26-year-old man have since been charged with breaking and entering and possession of break-in tools.
The names of those who have been charged have not yet been released.
