All-day work will shut down major Burlington road

A stretch along a major Burlington road will be closed to traffic tomorrow (Jan. 20).

The closure is needed on Lakeshore Rd. for a crane to be brought in for a heavy lifting job.

Lakeshore will be closed between Martha St. and Pearl St.

The closure is expected to take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All traffic will detour along Old Lakeshore Road.

Sign and Traffic Control personnel will direct traffic during the closure.
