Halton Hills aims to combine cycling and scares with this weekend’s upcoming Costume Bike Parade.
The event — scheduled for Oct. 19 at 1 p.m. — encourages residents from all over the Halton Region to dawn their best costumes and get one last good use of their bikes before the snow hits.
The parade is set to start at Gellert Community Centre Park and event organizers encourage ghosts and goblins of all ages to attend the festivities.
Get your costumes ready and wheels pumped, #HaltonHills! The Costume Bike Parade is on Saturday, October 19 at 1:00 p.m. Be sure to dress up in your Halloween costumes, grab your bikes, and join the Bike It parade through the Gellert Community Centre Park. However, the grand prize of a giant pumpkin provided by a local Halton Region farm is by far the biggest draw.
