A global real estate company opens first Canadian office in Burlington

Realty World International has opened its first Canadian office in Burlington.

Founded in 1973, the California-based company has over 500 offices worldwide specializing in residential and commercial real estate services.

The office is located at 1505 Guelph Line.

Brenda McKinley, a familiar face in the real estate industry in Burlington, will operate as the broker and owner of the office.

Realty World said its decision to expand into Canada is part of the company’s global strategy and recognized the country’s growing real estate market.

The company said it chose Burlington as its first Canadian location because it is strategically situated and provides a solid base for growth in a strong market.

According to Realty World, Canadian clients will now be able to gain access to a global network of industry professionals with solutions to their real estate needs.
