5 most expensive homes sold in Halton Region in December

Home sales continued to do well for sellers as many sold their homes for above asking prices in Halton Region in the final month of 2023.
The five most expensive home sales in December were over $1 million, with four of them located in Oakville.
Here are the five most expensive Halton Region homes that sold in December 2022, according to Zoocasa.com:
This four-year-old detached showstopper is located in a highly-coveted neighbourhood and has had thousands of dollars spent on high quality upgrades. The spacious two-storey home has over 2,500 square feet, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms. It comes with a professionally finished legal two bedroom basement apartment with a separate entrance.
Listed at $999,888, it sold for $1.45 million.
