If you’re looking to shop local, support small businesses and soak in the holiday spirit, Ryan’s Market Gardens Winter Wonderland Fun Spectacular might be the perfect destination.
The highly anticipated event, owned and operated by Ryan Lawson, will run from Dec. 13 to 15 at 6705 Appleby Line in Burlington.
Doors will open on Friday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
In a social media video, Lawson described the event as “a stocking stuffer gift market” featuring items from 26 local vendors.
Here are some products that will be available at the market:
- Christmas greenery: Wreaths, centrepieces, and mini planters.
- Holiday treats: Chocolate-covered cherries, gingerbread house kits, lollipops, and Niagara-made jams and preserves with unique flavours like raspberry riesling.
- Stocking stuffers: Handmade soaps with dried lavender, candles, greeting cards, bows and scrunchies.
- Giftable items: Charcuterie boxes, maple syrup, bags of locally roasted coffee and even citrus for a winter twist.
Visitors can sip on hot cider and coffee as they stroll through the market, which will offer over 30 new products, all while enjoying the festive atmosphere.
