24-year-old man missing for two months last seen in Oakville

There is growing concern for a missing man who was last seen in Oakville two months ago.

Halton Regional Police are appealing to the public for help in finding 24-year-old Andrew Offor-James, who was last seen in mid-September in the area of Orion Court.

Police did not specify whether Offor-James was alone or in the company of others or if he was travelling by foot, public transit or vehicle. His destination is also unknown.

Investigators describe Offor-James, of no fixed address, as Black, 5-foot-7, with a slim athletic build and weight of 180 pounds.

He’s further described as having short black hair, a goatee and brown eyes, and he sometimes wears black-framed prescription glasses.

Family members are concerned for his well-being, police said.

Halton police say a missing person report can be filed anytime; there is no 24-hour waiting period. If there are immediate concerns for someone’s safety, residents are asked to call 911.
