Ontario, Oakville, OLG, Poker Lotto, All In, Royal Flush,

Oakville’s Donald Sullivan went all in and now he’s nearly 100,000 richer.

The retiree “anted up” and hit a Royal Flush to win the Poker Lotto All In jackpot worth $94,091 on September 20, 2024. Add that to a $5,000 win on the instant portion of Poker Lotto play and Sullivan took home a total pot of $994,091.70.

“When I bought my Poker Lotto ticket and hit the Royal Flush, it was beautiful seeing the prize amount,” said Sullivan, while picking up his winnings at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. “I was shocked and didn’t know how to react.

“I never thought I’d actually win big!”

Sullivan says he has been playing the lottery for over three decades, purchasing Poker Lotto, Lightning Lotto, and Lottario tickets.

He plans to pay some bills and buy a car with his winnings.

“I shared the news with my two best friends, and they were so happy for me,” said Sullivan. “I think they were more excited than I was. Winning this prize has been pretty nice! You don’t think it will happen to you until it does.”

Sullivan purchased the winning ticket at Circle K on Sixth Line in Oakville.
