10 most expensive Ontario homes for sale include properties in Burlington, Oakville

Housing prices may be starting to cool off a little in September, but the luxury home market is doing just fine, especially in Burlington and Oakville.

Two Halton Region properties were listed among the 10 most expensive homes currently available in Ontario according to Zoocasa, a Toronto-based a real estate company that combines online search tools and a full-service brokerage to empower Canadians to buy or sell their homes more successfully.

While a nearly $20M waterfront mansion in Mississauga topped the list, a lakefront estate in Burlington was third at $14,998,000 and a modern masterpiece located in the Orchard Beach Community of Old Oakville was listed 10 at $11,488,888.

Located at 140 Second Lane, the Burlington home boasts luxury and comfort on a private lane with 3/4 acres of land and Riparian rights.
