Classic car show returns to downtown Milton

One of Milton’s favourite fall events is returning soon.

The See You in September Car Show is being held in downtown Milton on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 4 to 9 p.m.

“For one night only, Downtown Milton is transformed into a car lovers paradise,” said a spokesperson for the event.

“Hosted by the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area, with participation from local car and community clubs, this much-loved downtown event is back on Main Street for another year. It will feature live entertainment, restaurants, cruisers, and more.”

There’s still time for owners of classic and unique cars to register for the event, which is being held on Main St. E.

Some things to remember:

• Due to the high volume of cars, parking will be assigned and no parking requests will be considered
• Large trucks and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the show
• Cars are permitted to leave the street at 9 p.m. (when it is safe to do so)
• Staging will begin at noon, location will be confirmed
• Parking spaces will be held until 3:30 p.m.

The registration fee is $25 and all payments are final.

Registration package includes entry to prize giveaways, a commemorative gift, a professional photo of your car and a dash card to be displayed.
